Most keys are delivered instantly after payment. You’ll see them in your account order page (and/or email, depending on the product). If you don’t see the key, check spam and make sure you used the correct email.
Some keys are global, some are locked to a specific region (EU/US/PL, etc.). We’ll show region info on the product page. If you’re unsure — don’t redeem; contact Support first.
Digital goods (like keys) usually can’t be refunded once revealed/redeemed. For marketplace items or services, refund rules depend on the product and seller policy. If something is wrong (invalid key, wrong item), open a dispute — we’ll investigate.
Verified sellers passed additional checks and have a positive history. Verification reduces risk, but we also provide purchase protection and dispute handling.
We use secure checkout (SSL), authentication, and fraud checks. Always enable 2FA if available, and never share passwords with sellers. If someone asks for your password — report it.
Card payments and supported local methods depend on your checkout region/provider. If a method is missing for your country, we can add more later as the platform grows.
Yes. For supported games, you’ll manage files, configs, mods and plugins via the server panel. We’ll provide starter presets for popular stacks (Paper/Fabric/Forge etc.).
Yes — the idea is simple scaling. You can upgrade/downgrade resources depending on plan availability. In the early phase we may handle upgrades manually via Support.
Yes — our infrastructure is designed with anti-DDoS in mind. Exact protection level depends on the game/protocol and the datacenter routing.
Most servers can be ready in minutes. During peak hours or special configurations, it may take longer. You’ll get status updates and (later) automated emails about provisioning.
First: refresh, check your email/spam, and make sure you’re logged into the correct account. If it’s still missing, open Support with your order ID and email used at checkout.
Choose a coach, pick a session type (vod review / live / aim routine), and schedule a time. Delivery can be via Discord/voice or private messages (depends on coach).
If something is incorrect (not delivered, not as described), open a dispute with screenshots/logs. We review messages, proof, and seller history. If needed, we can freeze payouts while investigating.
Pricing and tax display depend on your location and product type. You’ll always see the final price at checkout. Later we’ll expand invoices/receipts and tax breakdown details.
We remove listings that are fraudulent, stolen, or violate game/platform rules or local law. If you’re unsure whether something is allowed — ask Support before buying or selling.
